The Barrington Theatre is an East Dorset District Council owned building, run and funded by the Ferndown Community Association which is a registered charity. It boasts a fully equipped 400+ standing or 255 seated theatrical auditorium. It was originally built in the early 1980s when Tesco came into Ferndown to provide the community with its very own theatre and to act as a coffee shop for Tesco.
